I needed an oil change for my 2017 Chevy Spark. Stopped by and made an appointment. Returned at my appointment time and they promptly got it done Good job and Thanks to the Pogue Team.

We've only been a customer at Pogues' since mid 2025 after buying a used 2020 Chevrolet Traverse there. Since then, we have had a few times to use the service and parts department, and it has been a rewarding experience. We've had our Traverse serviced there and our 2000 Chevrolet Z71 serviced there also. The service personal are courteous and knowledgeable, the waiting lounge is clean and comfortable, and the coffee is always on!

I ha b e found out that both of my key fobs does not belong to my car. The inner key to unlock the door on both fobs is not the right one for my car. And you want me to pay to get the right ones. Not good!!!!

Great service. Put new tires on. Put spare and everything back in its proper place in the car.

I was expecting a 99.95 service for oil change and tire rotation and the price was 219.00. Was told since my truck used 0w40 Mobil it would be $100 extra. That’s absurd and not being told beforehand was disappointing. If the price stays at that customers will not return. Sad this wasn’t communicated before my service

This was by far the most screwed up service that I have had at this dealership? What was supposed to be a one day 2 day tops turned out to be a 5 day. Then on top of it all they never said thank you or even handed my a car wash token for 2200$ spent. Even the rude guy gives a token.

I set for 2 hours for an oil change, and was there on time. Why does take so long for an oil change.

I let them talk me into new set tires for a sale price when tires installed they charged me 300 dollars more than the agreed upon price. Showed them the written estimate and they still won't correct the charges. THIEVES I won't be back.

I dropped my truck off at the shop experiencing AC issues. They said they would get it looked at when they could. They called within a few hours and said what was wrong with it and that it was covered under warranty. They ordered the parts and I had my truck back the next afternoon.

The "hassle" or "anxiety" usually assoicated with searching and purchasing a new automobile was never an issue or even came to the surface at Pogue Chevrolet in Powderly Kentucky. We had driven over a couple nights earlier to see what was on the lot and we found the color/model we were looking for. We were met by the friendly sales staff of Ms. Donna, Mr. Lendl and Ms. Chloe. Ms. Jeannie at the front desk was super helpful and kind. Eventually deciding on the 5.3L V8 Silverado Custom Trail Boss, Mark Pogue came out to talk with us and look at our trade in. The process was nice, kind, enjoyable and ultimately a very fulfilling feeling of we chose the right place to purchase our vehicle. There will be no more pre-discussions about where to shop for our next automobile, it will be Pogue. Thanks again to Jeff, Alex and Scott for helping get the deal done and all accessories accounted for and ordered. Sarah and I truly enjoyed our visit with these wonderful folks! I was not informed of how long iit would take to fix my chev. they did not have a loaner car, or a rental. gm sent me a email that they would pay up to 44 dollars a day. i checked and could not find a gm car for this price, most were in the 80 a day. ii have a ford car that i used to get around. idid not know that it would take 10 days to repair my car. I saved pogue at least 700 dollars by using my other car.I

Overall great experience with Pogue they always do a great job in my personal experience. Pogue always does my service on both my vehicles they have always been very helpful and do not try and over sale extra they just do what i ask.

Always enjoy going , courteous employees, Mike at service desk has always been helpful. Everyone makes you feel welcome. Just wish they can put the close caption on the TV or make it to where the remote is there for someone to turn on or off.
